Its versatile installation options—above-ground mounting or placement inside a RainFlo fiberglass underground vault—ensure compatibility with a wide range of site conditions and system layouts.
At the center of the Optimax-PRO XXL is a patented filter technology engineered for optimum cleaning performance with maximum water yield. A self-cleaning, 350-micron stainless steel filter insert (0.01", 0.35 mm mesh) maintains consistent flow, reduces maintenance intervals, and keeps systems operating reliably.
For streamlined installation, the Optimax-PRO XXL features an industry-leading 1.75" height offset between inlet and outlet, minimizing excavation depth and reducing the required fall for drain piping—saving time, labor, and installation costs.
To complete the system, the Optimax-PRO XXL requires one of the available 314 stainless steel connection kits in 10", 12", or 16" diameters, ensuring a secure, high-performance fit for your application.

Pre-Assembled Integrated Fiberglass Filtration Vault
The RainFlo integrated filter and vault system is a single unit that provides an optimal pre-filtration solution for underground rainharvesting and stormwater management applications. The fiberglass vault is compact and can be rotated 360° in relation to the storage tank, simplifying installation. The vault houses the high performance GRAF Optimax-PRO XXL filter capable of flow rates over 6000 GPM. The Optimax-PRO XXL features self-cleaning spray heads and a stainless steel filter insert that reduces maintenance. The lightweight fiberglass construction makes installation easier and shipping cost effective.
