RainFlo Single Wall Underground Fiberglass Reinforced Storage Tanks
RainFlo single wall, underground, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) storage tanks set the standard for custom designed and made-to-order storage tank solutions for the rainwater, stormwater, fire suppression, potable water storage, and water reuse industries. Each tank is designed and fabricated to meet specific project needs by our team of water storage solution professionals. Our factory designed and engineered tank anchoring systems ensure RainFlo FRP tanks can be buried in any environment, including high water table applications. Tank sizes and capacities range from 4’ to 12’ diameter and individual storage volumes up to 50,000 gallons. Multiple tanks can be plumbed together to achieve system capacities over 50,000 gallons.
Benefits of Fiberglass
RainFlo fiberglass storage tanks have many advantages:
1. Our fiberglass tanks are water tight and corrosion resistant, unlike other tank materials that may crack, leak, or require a seal.
2. The fiberglass tanks have structural strength that makes them rated for vehicle loading.
3. The one-piece tank design does not require assembly during installation and can easily accommodate larger capacities.
4. The material is lighter weight, making installation easier and shipping more cost-effective.
5. Our fiberglass tanks do not require coatings or linings, allowing them to remain low maintenance.
6. RainFlo fiberglass tanks are specified and custom built to meet individual project requirements.
Key Applications
• Irrigation
• Greenhouse systems
• Toilet flushing
• Cooling tower make up
• Laundry processes
• Industrial process water
• Fire suppression
• Other non-potable plumbing applications
• Potable water storage
Tank Anchoring System
Tank anchoring systems can be an important part of the underground fiberglass tank installation. To simplify installation, our factory engineered and fabricated deadman anchoring systems come complete with structural deadmen, anchor points, and the appropriate straps and turnbuckles for each tank size. To determine the need for deadmen anchoring systems, we can provide buoyancy calculations for tank and anchoring systems upon request.
